Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Gatazee: the website, the web app and the phone apps. By creating an account you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy.

Your account

You need to be at least 13 (16 in the EU) to use Gatazee. Keep your password to yourself; you're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us if you think someone else got into it.

Your content

What you add to Gatazee (entries, recordings, photos, documents) stays yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service for you, including sending it to our AI provider as described in the privacy policy. You can download it or delete it at any time.

The AI can be wrong

Gatazee uses AI to understand what you say and type. It can mishear a word or get a date, time or detail wrong, which is why it shows you what it understood before saving. Check anything important: medical appointments, deadlines, payments, travel. Don't rely on Gatazee alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm.

Reminders and availability

We work to keep Gatazee running and reminders on time, but we can't promise it will always be available or that every notification arrives. Phones can delay or block notifications, for example in battery-saving modes.

Fair use

Don't use Gatazee to break the law, to store content you have no right to, to attack or overload the service, or to get into other people's accounts. To keep the AI affordable there are daily limits on its use. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Price

Gatazee is free during this early period. If we introduce paid plans, we'll tell you in advance, and nothing will be charged without your explicit agreement.

Ending

You can stop using Gatazee and delete your account at any time in Settings. If we ever close the service, we'll give you notice and time to download your data.

Liability

Gatazee is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses, or for losses caused by a missed or wrong reminder or by a mistake of the AI. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law where you live doesn't allow to be limited.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Questions: hello@gatazee.com.
